Being healthy and strong also requires knowledge on stuff that we see around us that can be useful to help boost our health conditions. I personally prefer to go all natural. This came in mind when I attended a friend’s wedding where from the garden to the reception was filled with flowers! Rose

Chrysanthemum
Drinks made of from this flower can cure fever and colds. To relieve eye swelling and redness due to pollution, apply juice in a cotton ball over the eyes. The infusion relieves from headaches and hypertensions.
